No, if neither man is infected with HIV, then they can't get HIV or AIDS. Remember, AIDS is a diagnosis only. HIV is the disease, and it won't just appear out of nowhere. Anyone who is having intercourse with anyone else should get tested regularly for HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases/infections, and EVERYONE should be using condoms or dental dams when having any kind of sex with anybody else.
