Is it allegeries?

Question:
I always have a sinus headache my eyes feel like they could pop out of my head. My nose drains into my throat or gets stuck. This has gone on for 2 years. MY ? is is this allergies to where I could take Claritin D or something cheaper Sinus meds make me to dizzy and allegra d did not work Doc says just take sinus pills

Answers:
Depending on the time of year you experience this, I would say it IS allergies due to pollen. And if it occurs all year, then you might also be allergic to dust, etc. Best thing to do, buy some Claritin D to begin with, and take it. I know it makes you dizzy, but your body will eventually get used to the medication and that should subside. See if it works, and if not, find a different doctor and make an appointment and go see him. It might be something different. Hope this helps!

Try Sudifed. This brand even has a plug in for treatment while you sleep. Good stuff.

Sounds like allergies. Claritin or Sudafed might help.

yes I would say so.

Sudafed-Aisle 4

ummm.this is kinda nasty, but..: if your, lets just say, nasal mucus is white- then its allergies. if its yellow- then its something else like a cold. if its been going on for years now, id say its allergies.

Doing a few things wrong here. First of all it sounds like allergies but assumptions should never been made.

Second thing that you are not discussing it out enough with your doctor. As someone who has seasonal allergies myself I can respect year around symptoms. There are many many treatments that your doctor can even offer up as samples that will assist you in aiding if it is indeed allergies. Including antihistamines, nasal sprays, etc.

Talk it out further with your doctor.

It sounds like allergies.
If you tend to have weird reactions to allergy pills, try something without actual pseudofedrine.
I know pseudofedrine (found in sudafed) makes me really moody.
