Chiropracty. It really works. I had pain in my neck that was almost unbearable. Starting going to a Chiropractor. I now 98% pain free.

I am assuming you mean what to do for it correct? Get a bath towel and wet it. Wring it out and put in the microwave for about 1 to 1 1/2 mins to heat it up. Wrap that around your neck. Another thing you can get are those wraps at the store. But Ive done the towel thing and it helps really fast and feels really good. And to top it off, its cheap.

800mg Ibuprofen

go get a massage, if you are stressed out or over worked like myself you build up tension in your kneck muscles, a good massage can work that out

Take a couple anti-inflamatorys, like advil. lay your head down, so you don't have to support it, and try to go to sleep. As long as you are upright, and supporting your head w/ your neck muscles, the tension can't get a break too relax, and will get worse.

stretch, get somebody to rub it
