There is a great cereal out there by Kashi. It has like 13 grams of fiber and 10 grams of protein. It is a good carb and half of your daily fiber intake. Basically you want to look for whole grains, not enriched or white (ever!) Check the ingredients for the type of flour then check the nutritional info for the amount of carbs and fiber. Make sure there are at least 4 grams of fiber for a bread product. But really, get the Kashi, it's just so much easier.
