Other Answers:
eat more crabs. and protein this might help go to a health food store they will be able to help you gain weight the health way .

try eating high carb meals like pastas. it also depends on what time of the day you eat them if you eat at night and go straight to bed then your body will store it as fat. you also have to look at your metabolism. or just try lifting weights, it builds muscle and not so much of burning fat.

eat more of proteins food and yes you do need to exercise to be strong

eat a lot of protein.

Hey dear friend,

As a gym master i dont reccommand this one, but if you need the way then do it. eat more and take fruits like banana, more oily/faty food like butter, gee, chips, cola, ice cream, egg with yellow part. eat more then regular. take something often.

Note : but my reccomand is take a serious workout in a good gym and take some healthy foods like egg white, potato, chicken, some like. understand one think my dear, with a big body is not a good. we need the fit body for good health so keep it in your mind and if u think i am right follow the above ideas. my regards for your good health.
