Some people just blush in certain situations.it's just a part of life..make a joke about it, pretty soon no one, including yourself, will even notice.

Other Answers:
I don't know what will work for you, but after I had my child I quit blushing..

practice

the more you try to give speeches the better you will get if you can try open mic at a coffee house nor karaoke sing some songs in a church join the choir practice in front of a cam or record it .practice in front of family

you need to learn how to meditate, take long slow deep breaths for a start. This will help to relax you.

Well the root of your problem isn't the blushing, its your nerves, and the only way to get rid of those is to practice so that you become more confident :)

Talk more and learn more and practice more. Time will cure it.

Try taking a public speaking class through a community college or Toast Masters Club

I understand this problem becuase I too have had this problem and other similar problems in my life. However, the good news is you can overcome it for the most part. It takes time and some effort, but there is help out there. You could get a book on cognitive behavioral therapy or social anxiety disorder or social phobia. It's just a label to help describe something that happens to many people. There are mild to severe cases but it is treatable. Sometimes drugs such as Paxil are presribed for a short period of time, for this you would need to contact your doctor or find a specialist. Though you might not feel you are making progress, in time, you will look back and see that things have improved. It will pop up again from time to time but you deal with it to the point that it is not a big deal in your life. Goodluck and dont worry, your not alone!
