Question:
I get up and the i feel i need to sleep more. I feel sleepy, morning, afternoon and evening. The drowsiness makes me lazy, i try fighting it but its hard to get away.

Answers:
Do you have a lot of stress? Or restless sleep. Often if you are not in a good sleep long enough at night then you will wake up still tired.
Talk to your doctor could be a sign of something more serious!

Other Answers:
Maybe you have a medical condition. I would see a doctor.

you may have an iron deficiency, check with your Dr. and take some multivitamins

Go see your Dr.! In the meantime have a red bull.

Could be a number of things. If you are overweight or have a problem with your sinuses then it could be a sleep disorder, the most common being sleep apnea. this is where you awake with the night for seconds (you will not know whether you do this or not) and gasp for air. Contact your local doctor and request a sleep study if this sounds possible.

Another reason could be diet. Too much or not enough sugar in your system could be creating 'highs' and 'lows' throughout the day, and even throughout the night. Under no circumstances should you drink caffine six hours before you go to sleep. It will keep the body in an allerted state, thus preventing your from sleeping properly.

Good luck.

Go and see a Doctor. Also if you have a lot of Stress and trouble or you are depressed, it makes you tired. Sometimes you even just need more exercise, like just go for a walk sometime or something like that. And yeah, take some iron and vitamins, but check with your doctor too.

Stop taking drugs, alcohol or sleeping pills.

A mixture of a lot of things. I have had the same problem.

1) You need to get to bed earilier and get better sleep. Don't use sleeping pills too much. You can try them at first, just to get on schedule if you want, but don't use them more than 2 or 3 times a week when you really need to sleep. The best supplement for sleepiing is Melatonin. It's nonharmful, and it's a natual hormone in your boyd, not a drug. Melatonin is the hormone in your body that regulates when you're supposed to be up and when you're supposed to be asleep. Humans have evolved into sleeping at night and being awake during the day because it was more suited for survival. Our bodies know this, and produce a hormone that lets us know when to be awake and asleep, called melatonin. The less healthy you are, and the older you get as well, your body secretes less and less melatonin, hence whey it was so easy to sleep when you were a child and less easy as an adult. Get melatonin and take once a day. I guarentee it will get you on a regular sleeping program.

2) You need better diet and exercise, simple as that. When you sit around all day, your body responds to this by lowering your blood sugar. Humans are supposed to be active and when they aren't, the body recognizes this as more of a hybernation time. So your body's blood sugar goes down, and your vitality goes down because the body has recognized this as a time when you are supposed to be sleeping. Also, if you're not eating good, you can just generally feel groggy. Eat 4-6 small meals per day, and by small meal I literally mean a handful to a handful and a half of food. If you get better sleep, more exercise and better food alone, your vitality is guarenteed to kick-start.

3) There are other causes for this. You could have allergies. Try buying some benadryl and taking it a few times a week to see if that helps as well. You could have a weak or weakened immune system because of something in your body. There is an amazing supplement called airborne that I take a few times a week that has strengthened my immune system greatly(I used to get sick at the drop of a hat, but I haven't been in over a year now thanks to airborne). Try taking supplements like calcium and vitamins as well. Some people don't like them, but I've noticed liquid supplements are the best, and don't just buy the cheap kind. Now generic is ok, as long as the ingredients are the same and the product is made the same(ask the salesperson if they know which ones will have the best absorption why and how they're made and all that). Basically, I've found these supplements to be the best myself through trial and error, and you have to do the same. Every body-type is different, and these possibly may not work the same for you, but I'd definately give them a try if I were you because this is about 5 years of trial and error on my part, and these are the best supplements I've found. I'll add that taking big pills every day is not very good for your liver. This is why I have switched to liquid supplements, except for the melatonin, in addition to the fact that they shoot straight to your blood-stream. Your body digests liquid pretty much the same as it would water, and it goes right to your veins which is what you want. Pills, on the other hand, have to be broken down and bla bla, and lots of the nutrients can get lost in the process and also get filtered out for such an abnormal amount that's in them. Melatonin is ok to take every day simply because the pill is so small(really it's a sphere about 1/8 the size of a dime). You'll find your own tricks on what works best for you if you give a few things a try.

4) There's alcohol and drugs. I'm not sure how your habbits on these are, but they can have very bad effects on your health. Alcohol dehydrates your body and when your dehydrated, nothing works correctly. Your blood uses liquids to take nutrients to every part of your body, including your brain. If you're dehydrated, your blood becomes retarded, and can stay so for a while. One day of dehydration is not counteracted by drinking some water. Your system has been damaged and the nutrients has all dried up, and plus alcohol itself, being a poison, gets flushed through our liver and your body can not pinpoint alcohol and only flush the actual alcohol out. Your body gets rid of pretty much everything extra in your bloodstream, including your vital stuff you need. So dehydration along with the nature of how alcohol is filtered out really damages your health for a few days, and if you go drinking again the next night, it really hurts it. If you drink a lot, regularly, after a while, lots of your body's normal functions will become retarded, and will take lots of tender love and care to fix. You can always fix things, but it takes consistency. If you're going to drink do it very modestly and only a few times a month(like 2 or 3). I shouldn't have to tell you how bad drugs are for you. If you're doing drugs, get help now!! They can kill your body, slowly, from the inside out!!

5) Change in schedules and lack of consistency; Your body needs a routine that it is used to. If you are constantly pushing your body to the limit and giving it no sense of normalcy, you'll be lucky not to catch colds or even worse constantly, rather than just feeling exhausted.

6) Don't push your body too hard; Even when you exercise, remember that consistency is what you need, and not to kill yourself. Don't sleep 14 hours one day because you feel tired. Don't not eat for 2 days because you feel fat. Don't eat big meals because you feel skinny. Do everything consistently and wit tact. If you miss a few days of workouts, that's fine and it's natural. Don't go in and kill yourself to make up for the loss. Everyone will miss workouts, and it's actually good to miss them sometimes. Your body will get a chance to rest. As long as your consistent, missing a day or two or 3 here or there will be completely ironed out, and won't hurt anything at all. Do everything in moderation.

7) Momentum; Everything in health is momentum. Your lack of vigor is due to the months and years of mistreating your body, which is your temple. It is habbit because it has been done so long. Trust me when I say being on a good constant program is not hard. Doing a rapid change in your habbits, is. Don't get into it gung ho, only to wear yourself out at the beginning. Your body can't take too much right now, so your job is easy. Your job right now is to start a few things, that's it. In fact, that's all your body can handle. So for the first month, start these things that I'm telling your. Have a plan and next month, kick it up a knotch, and after 3 or 4 months, which fliiiiiiiiiiiiiies by when you're working out, you'll be looking better and able to do your routine with more intensity. If you find yourself doing all this for a few weeks, and then you miss a week, don't worry that's just old habbits dying hard. It happens to everyone, and it won't have any long-term effect on you. All that is is a reminder that this is a work-in-progress and it needs constant attention. Just get back on the horse and continue. I am actually glad when I miss a week because it rejuvenates my will to get back to it. I swear if you do these things that I tell you, your life will be better off.

maybe you are lacking a certain vitamin in your body.go and see a doctor.
