How do you get rid of lice in your armpit hair?

I can't get the little tiny comb to go through all the tangles. This is the third time I've treated the little buggers, and they won't go away. Any suggestions?

2. Set remaining hair on fire.
3. When the lil buggers come running outa the burning bush swat them with a slipper

God, shave it, get some special "shampoo" and try to shower with soap and water daily. Yuck

shave, then use permethrin 1%, if no relief, use the 5%
if you're opposed to shaving, use hair conditioner, then vinegar or 8% formic acid, then the fine-toothed comb
re-ck for nits every few days

my friend had this happend to also he put hear detangeler thar then combed it with cerin shampus for lice it worked for him

Go to the pharmacy & get pubic lice powder. They'll be gone in a couple of hours. No need to shave.
Also, wash all your clothes & bedding.

take a shower n shave it while u r showerin n then put sum alcohol on it! if they still occur go 2 yo doctor n discuss it n don't b ashame of it!! hopefully dat will help!!
