Bicycling will increase your heart's strength, keep your weight down, exercise your lungs, and release your stress.

The only downside is risk of injury (which isn't beneficial to your health) so please be careful, wear a helmet, use lights at night, and learn the rules of the road. Yeah I know. yadda yadda yadda.

Yes, exercise is good for your health. How benefitial depends on how fast you are riding, what kind of workouts you are doing (interval, time trials, steady pace, etc.) and what your previous activity level was (i.e. if you were sedentary before, it is more benefitial than if you were previously riding 2 hours/day).

Yes, it can help you a lot. I ride my bike everyday to keep my blood sugar levels within target range.
