does anyone know?

Question:
what are the causes of clinical depression and how can i get rid of it?

Answers:
Clinical depression is a state of sadness or melancholia that has advanced to the point of being disruptive to an individual's social functioning and/or activities of daily living. Although a low mood or state of dejection that does not affect functioning is often referred to as depression, clinical depression is a medical diagnosis and is different from the everyday meaning of "being depressed".

Other Answers:
Drinking can cause it.

Drinking more heavily can cure it. At least temporarily.

a chemical imbalance is usually the cause and alcohol makes it worse IN THE LONG RUN.

Mostly being ugly, having kids, or being broke. Avoid all three.

Not dealing with your core issues can trigger depression. Feeling out of control, too.
Dealing with the issues will cure it.
Anti-depressants only cover up the symptoms, but they can help WHILE you deal with the issues.

It's impossible to say what the causes of clinical depression are, because there are so many. Indeed, there are many types of clinical depression - I myself had reflective depression.
As for cures the accepted treatment seems to be anti-depressants and some form of therapy. The therapy itself can vary - I started off with councilling, moved to physciatry before ending with cognitive behavior therapy.
The best thing to do, though, is talk to your doctor. That's where it will all begin.

Clinical depression can come from many sources:
- real life tragedies where you have not recovered
- hormonal imbalances
- poor nutrition
- constant verbal abuse from parents or peers
- a chemical brain imbalance

To get rid, you really should see a doctor first and find out what the source is of the above. Then once you know you can treat it better. Some things that help for sure are:
- regular exercise
- reading positive affirmations aloud to yourself every day
- avoid caffeine, sugar and alcohol because they all create a crash in blood sugar which can affect depression
- talk out your problems with someone who is positive and cares for you

a lot can cause it your life style, some one sick that you love and there is other reasons that can then it may turn into a drink or two may be drugs if I was you or this person I would get help of a counselor or doctor maybe they could help this person be careful because it can take your life over.Good Luck

disillusionment with reality
