these days i'm getting fatty.plz help me to reduse my wait?

I recently started a diet about four months ago & I have lost about 60lbs so far. I eat, count carbs & calories, only drink water, & exercise more (walk around the block, jog, sit ups, etc). To stay motivated, I bought a pair of jeans that were way too small for me (definately couldn't button them). I tried them on like once a week & imagined what it would be like to finally get them buttoned. When I did finally get them buttoned it was all worth it.

All you need to do is to get yourself involve into regular activites and exercise as this will help you a lot. I just join the fitness group about two days ago and it is great for me coz i felt so much better about myself
