How can one run without running out of breath so fast?
Question:
Answers:
obviously check with your doctor.last May could only run 2 minutes, now run 6 - 9 miles (10 minute miles) Here's what i did
I would alternate running for distance with running sprints.so one day i would try and run a far or for as long as possible but not fast (maybe 5.0 opn treadmill), than the next day i would run as fast as i could for 3minutes than walk a minute, than when i couldn't do three minutes do 2 minutes and walk a minute.by the end (60 minutes) i might have to walk 3 minutes to run one minute but still run as fast as possible.later start to add very light incline to your workouts.you build muscle, stamina, strength, speed, endurance.all of it that way
Other Answers:
jog to start with then work your way back up to running. the only way to be able to run better is to exercise more and regularly.
I'm the same way but you have to build up your athletic endurance. I do a lot of Cardio at the gym and push my self little by little. I used to only be able to run about 2 and a half minutes with out feeling like I'm dying and now I'm up to 13mins. All with in 3 weeks or so. It takes time when your body is not used to it, so keep up with he cardio and make sure your heart rate is stable before you start running and you'll start to notice a difference soon
to start try jogging and then when your body is ready try to accelerate
