Why am i feeling sick for 24 hours after only a half hour of exercise? I am in good shape.?

well if it is effecting you alot you need to go see a nutrition's or a dietitian seek advice straight away

YOU MAY BE DEHYDRATED OR HAVE A POOR DIET.DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND EAT A COMPLETE MEAL.

If you exercised for half an hour, and have been sick for the following 24 hours, it would have been helpful for you to explain what you mean by "feeling sick". However, if you feel lightheaded, or nauseus, or weak, and there is nothing else to explain the reason why, you need to go to a doctor. soon ! If you think your symptoms are caused by a stroke or heart attack, you need to call 911. Good luck.
