i have a pretty big belly, what is the best way of loosing it?

I agree with the exercising and the water, but my friend just lost a lot of weight and is still having issues with her belly because she didn't do many sit ups or crunches, so you probably wanna work on that too.

ughhh.for one whole week. dont drink anything but water. and eat vegetables and meat..not fried. just grilled or baked.no sweets.

Don't eat because you're not full.Only eat enough to satisfy your self.Then do diet and exersize.

Eat healthy, start jogging, doing sit-ups, push-ups. Just get fit. You know what to do. It's a challenge though.

I have one but i found that cutting back on ur breads and completely leaving fastfoods alone helps. also increasing ur water intake to a gallon a day will help in many ways.

You could try getting really hammered and forgeting where it was.

Eat healthy. Avoid fried foods and junk foods. Opt for fresh veggies and lean meat. Turn off the TV.and exercise.

By watching what you eat.and exercising every day.you'll get rid of your belly in no time.

i used to be very fat myself. you need to run on the treadmill 45 minutes three times a week. make sure you do a lot of crunches. and every time you go #1 make sure you drink 2 cups of water. everytime you eat make sure you eat 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds. at cvs they are $9.69 do not eat 4 hours before you go to sleep. have a light dinner.

Start off by running or walking! Get active in a gym or do 25 sit ups/ stomach crunches a night! You can't keep weight off without exercise. Drinking pop and other sugary drinks don't help your body at all. Junk food doesn't help either. I hope these suggestions were helpful. Good Luck!

damn ur god looking belive me i use to eat mcdonalds foods 24/7 cake pop. but it's worth it if u cut down and eat healthy.. how to start .. buy a treadmill and run about 10 minutes 2-3 times a day and u will loose pounds just in not even a month and now i realizer how important drinking water is it's recomend that u drink 8 ,8oz glasses a day ust if ur doing nothing remember pop make u more thirthty just for a 12oz pop it have 10 spoons of sugar that's a lots of sugar all that would turn to fat and block ur heart etc and high blood cholestrol . but if u like fatty foods make sure u brun them and whenever u eat cake u can drink a cup or 2 water right after it it really help plus u'll look lots better and eat 5 really small meals but don't eat 2 hours before u go to bed because u won't burn it and now i think i'll live till 600 years .good luck

Hey I know what's that like. I struggled with my body image for years b/c of it. Here's what I did: I started doing a routine that mixed yoga, kickboxing, and pilates every night and I cut down on fatty unnecessary foods. Plus, I'm a vegetarian now and that's really helped keep down the weight the weight. Make sure you stay healthy
