I hate my thick thighs. How can I slim them down?

No matter how much I exercise (mostly jogging) they're still thick and pudgy.

same deal here! All you can do is tone them up! You must strength train in addition to your jogging-works wonders! I have lost about 5 inches toal from thighs since I incorporated weights!

Well of course running isn't going to help you. You have to do pilates, tae-bo, squats, and lungs. Do this 500 EACH 3 TIMES A DAY! that =1500 times. If you do this then you'll see major results, just take my advice and do it daily for 1 week! trust me!
