Question:

Answers:
if its an emergent situation you immediately have the patient lie down with his legs above his head and get him to a hospital where they'll infuse fluids, and probably give medications. as far as low b/p being a chronic problem, i suggest you talk to your own trusted healthcare professional for a healthy way to combat the problem.

Increase your fluid intake which will increase blood volume. Dont overdue it though, that causes more problems than it does good. Your BP shouldn't be low all the time. You might wanna see a doc. Normal BP in a teen or adult is 120/80. Pregnancy causes it to drop as well as some medications. Remember this is just the average and as long as you feel good, dont worry about your BP. If you have symptoms like dizziness, fainting, tingling of mouth, vision problems, go to the ER.

Increase your salt intake. Water follows salt, therefore if you increase your salt intake, you will increase your fluid intake as well which should increase your blood pressure; the flip side to that is the person with high blood pressure is advised to lower the salt intake, which decreases fluid intake thus lowering blood presure.Of course you should check with a medical professional
