All good advice! Also: Be sure a majority of your workout is cardio (moving & sweating) Your cardio needs to be at least 30 minutes hard and heavy! Watch and cut back and then completely off of these things: cheeses, sweets, soft drinks, fast food, and finally snacking at nite on anything but fruits and salads! Drink plenty of water. Hope this helps some.

Because muscle weighs more than fat , I would suggest measuring by inches and not weight. Meaning you're turning your fat to muscle.

You have gained muscle.not fat!!

When you start losing weight via heavy exercising, it is best to leave the scale. The scale does not tell the complete picture. Your clothes should be feeling loose due to inches lost which the scale does not tell you. You should also keep a journal of your food intake. Sometimes we are eating more than we think. You will be surprised with your journal as you note down items that you would not have remembered eating that day. Best of Luck. Continue to exercise WITHOUT the scale and WITH a journal.

Make sure you eat right too.. not just exercise.

Muscle weighs more than fat. Take measurements and you'll see the results better than the number on the scale. Also, have you noticed that your clothes fit and look better? I'm sure if you're exercising and eating right everything is working for you. Good luck!
