i use Vitacost - http://www.vitacost.com - and love it, they usually have the lowest prices you can find online, and one of the best, largest selections of natural supplements i've ever seen!
I've checked out like 30-40 different websites till now, and still Vitacost.com have the best prices. better then Evitamins.com and all the others listed here.

http://www.doctorstrust.com seems to be a good one too, goood prices, not quite a large selection of supplements though.

i used to shop online from http://www.vitaminshoppe.com - they still have some good deals (free shipping over 50$), discounts and cupons, but Vitacost.com definitely have better prices (even with no cupons and no free shipping).
