I worked for Kaiser Permanente for 1 yr. It was fine. I also had them as my medical provider for several years. What I liked about Kaiser was being able to call in to the Advice Nurses so that I could self-medicate per their instructions if it wasn't serious enough to see the doctor. I also like the "one-stop-shop" approach. Go see the doctor, get a prescription and then walk downstairs to the pharmacy to have it filled. Maybe Kaiser Permanente is mostly an East Coast Mid-Atlantic thing.

I had Kaiser once. It's a health plan option. This one had it's own facility. You need to go to the doctors in the plan.
