thats not fat or anything but u should lose at least 10 lbs.drinks lots of water, stay away from chocolate, sweets, and junk food.get some exercise by running 20min a day
theres always the ol' AIDS diet

do some push-ups or go to a gym but do not stop eating or you'll lose fat and muscle.
if you wanna go to the "extreme" stop eating sugar

At 14 you shouldn't worry so much. Pay attention to what you eat and try and do some light exercise and everything will work itself out. Peace.

First off stand up straight. Hold in your stomach. Practice with a book on you head it works. You could also do crunches. Walking is also a good source it could help you relieve any stress that you may have and tone you up as well
besides excersizing certain clothes can make you loo thin look darkish jeans with a fade. it works well. also, dont wear shirts with lines that go up and down. If you have larger breasts than it stretches the lines inn a weird pattern
drink a lot of water. instead of soda or other sugary drinks - drink water when you're thirsty. put some lemon in it if you can - lemon juice helps you slim down faster.
eat what you want to eat - don't deprive yourself of food if you really want it. but only eat half of what you normally would. drink more water to fill up faster, and eat less in general. the less calories you put in, the less weight you'll accumulate.
it's a basic equation: weight/calories/fat accumulated = food in minus calories burned.
eat smaller portions frequently throughout the day. that way, you burn calories as you take them in, leaving less room for fat to accumulate.
