simple, get the flu like I did yesterday and I lost 10 pounds in about 14 hours.
Diet and exercize my friend. diet and exercise. Drink a lot of water, and eat only fruits and vegetables. increase your activity level, try walking or jogging for at least 30 minutes a day and those pounds will be gone before the 2 weeks is up

Get rid of the carbs, sugars and fat in your died and exercise. Maybe have an apple for breakfast, tuna for lunch, exercise/run after work, drink alot of water, then have a salad for dinner, or some salmon. It worked for me.
Drink alot of water (just water) eat very light like for lunch have a turkey sandwich on diet light wheat and some fruit. Do alot of walking running everyday. When you go to the store park as far away as you can so you will have to walk longer. Don't eat after 7pm.
