yes its true it grows there but many times it does not appear due to it being too thin or lightly colored. if it is noticeable then you have a thick hair gene for the eyebrows and it can easily be waxed or plucked.

yes everyone does - if u want to get rid of it, never, never, shave. it may encourage growth or at the very least you'll end up with unpleasant stubble between your eyebrows - wax or pluck - the hair root is weakened and the growth will then lesson over time
