I need help.girls only !?
Question:
Answers:
Don't panic. Just tell your mom or an aunt you trust if you don't want to tell your mom. It's a part of life and it's really natural.
Other Answers:
It is so natural.Just call her to your room and tell her.
this is nothing you should be worried about, just tell her, and she will be ok with it.
I know how you feel, but you gotta tell her. It won't be as bad as you think. Your mom is probably waiting for this day and she'll comfort you and take care of you. I was embarrassed too, but I was helpless. So I told my mom and she came to my rescue.
lol tell ur gma
Don't be too embarrassed. She is your mom she will understand completely. Pull her aside and just tell her. You will ok dont worry bout it.
dont worry your mum has been in that place especially in the oldern days when no one mentioned periods!! its ok just have a quiet word all you have to say is 'mum ive started' and i bet she will know what you mean.as for your lil sis well she has to learn oneday and she will look to her big sis for the answers.
i felt the same as you do so wrote a note and left it for her to see its ok once they know and as for your sister you dont have to tell her anything if you dont want to ok
so good luck and remember its natural so dont worry too much
don't be embarrassed every girls going 2 go through it call your mom in and tell her that your growing into a lady and your on your period.
Don't worry, if your sister is older she'll know what you're going through and be able to help you.
If you don't know how to tell your mom, write her a little note, that's what I did cos I was embarassed too. When she read it she was really great about it. I'm sure yours will be too.
I knoow it's difficult but she'll have been there too.
Best wishes,
it is a part of life, enjoy this time
Congratulations.you are officially a woman! I don't know about your family, but in my family it wasn't a big deal. When my period came on, I had really bad cramps first. And, because I didn't understand where the pain was coming from, my mom sort of figured it out for me. I am sure your mom will be happy for you and ready to talk about some of her past experiences, etc. But, you have to talk to her.just tell her, "Mom, I got my period". She can handle the conversation from there. Your mom will know what to say (or not to say) to your sister.
If you're really worried, writing a note is a good idea. But I'm sure your mother has been expecting your period and will be very understanding.
Don't feel ashamed!! When I started mine 5-6 years ago, I didn't know what was going on. Blood was flowing out, and I had no idea I was going through another stage of my life. Once my mom noticed the blood, she taught me the facts of life. I think this allows you to have a closer connection with your mother.
do not be afraid to tell ur mom, b/c eventually u have to tell ur mom anyway, u can't hide it forever!! i remem when i told my mom she was clapping her hands together congratulating me, trust me every mom knows that its bound to happen, u might as well tell her know so that u will get the necessary understanding n the help!! good luck!!
don't be embarrassed or worried..it's part of the female body..just pull your mom aside and tell her that you think you started your period today.she'll tell you what to do..welcome to womanhood :o)
Just go up to your mom and let her know that you started your period, and that you feel strange. You should not feel embarrased because it is the most natural thing in the world.
Do not be afraid of you rmom! Actually i was kinda! but just be like hey uhhmm.. mom i started my period ! Thenask a question about it, and she will feel like you actually do want her to help you !All you have to do is make sure your mom does not say anything and your sis will not find out!

When it had ahppened to me! Only a coulpe moths maybe more ago!
About your sis, you shouldn't care of what she sais.Your mom will understand about it! She passed through it 2!You can trust your mom! There is NO reason to be embarresed!Every gurl has it!My mom tells me that I can trust her. If your sister is teasing you then just tell her " why are you even teasing me? You had it! So I shouldn't be hearing a word from your mouth!(Don't tell her that is she already has it!But I think she hasn't had it!)Oh!So you be quiet!" I don't care if I say that to my sis when I get mine lets see when she has there are going to be people teasing her.Don't be embaressed to tell your mom!

My mom told me and I trust in her!
Just come out & tell her.I started mine when I was 14 & my mom helped alot. She told me that every girl does it & its natural.
Ok, get out a piece of paper & simply right her that you've started your period. Put it on her pillow or something. Or in her purse. I dunno! Somewhere that your sister wont see it. Or e-mail her about it. It's harder to say it to her face then giving it to her. Just like when I have a bad grade, I write a note and put it in my moms bed so I won't have to say it to her face. Much, much easier! :)
i was to scared and embarrased to tell my mom too. I tried to tell her once in a very discreet way, but she didnt get it, so i kept it to myself and stole her "feminine prouducts" for months!(the really bad part was that they were big thick pads that felt like diapers, and i could hear them crinkle when i walked)Any ways, the day came some of "it" got on some panties i threw in the laundry, of course she saw it, asked me about it, figured out why her pads had been dissappering so quickly the last few months.and she was crushed. If you can't trust your mom with this, who can ya trust? Besides who else is gonna go into the store for you & use their money to buy your tampons? Just tell her! She's been there too!!
Go next to your mom when she is alone and talk to her. I know that it feels like you want to run away, but it's normal and every girl gets on at one point or another. Just take a deep breath and talk to her.I'm sure that your mother is expecting you to tell her sooner or latter. She will be happy that you trust her. She got her period at one point in her life. Then you can help your sister when she gets her period. If she is older is should not bother her. Hope that this helps!
Don't be embarresed your mom has gone through the smae thing, just walk up to her and tell her that you started, your sis. will find out eventually just go a head and tell her, my mom told my best friend that I started and the entire Tea Know Do class that I was teaching, as well as several other people.
