No, they wouldn't, actually, yeah they would. They would get anorexia, the eating disorder where a person will not eat because they see themselves as fat and even if they are really skinny already, they don't see it. They would start getting thin and getting used to not eating and then every time after that when they'd try to eat they would throw up like twice. Then their body would get hairier and they would be unable to do medium or large amounts of walking and they wouldn't be able to play sports, run, or jump. If they could they'd run out of energy and puke again. If this continued without medical help they would die and be extremely skinny, but they wouldn't be able to see that they were skinny they still would see themselves as fat.

No I don't think they'll get incredibly skinny before they starved to death. You need to excercise somewhat to lose some weight and they probably wouldn't have enough energy to do that if they weren't eating at all.
