Is blood pressure of 103 over 63 something to worry about?

Question:
Nything I should do?

Answers:
Normal range of Systolic blood preasure 100-139 mmHg

Normal range of diastolic blood pressure 60-90 mmHg

Normal Pulse Pressure (difference between both)= 30-50 mmHg

anything close to the maximum is called high normal nad should keep checking regularly because he is high liability of becoming hypertensive. however, there's nothing called low normal.Hypotension is only feared when any of diastolic or systolic pressure is below the above stated number

so you r just fine

Other Answers:
thats a good range no worries..63 might be a little low 103 is good you could probably increase your salt intake a little bit to raise it but watch that also

No- I want to know what YOU are doing that it is so good!

Nothing to be concerned about. That is a healthy level.

No that's nothing to worry about, normal blood pressure is around 120/80 so don't panic

I think 103 is healthy for someone over 63. Just remember to exercise and eat right.

Its okay,if it gets lower then have a doc. check. But as it is your pressure is fine
