how can you cover vitiligo spots?

Question:
I just recently developed vitiligo spots on my hands and neck. I am a male and don't find women's make-up practical. What can I use to cover these spots, reduce their contrast with my skin color, or get rid of them completely. I am caucasian with darker features and skin.

Answers:
You could try some of the instant tanning creams. They are not as messy as makeup, and look more natural.

Other Answers:
yes, with vitiligo gel

Vitiligo spots are due to the lack of Melony pigment which gives color to the skin. If you have devoloed these spots recently then it can be cured by some medication. For that better consult a skin specialist.
At home you can wash these spots with soap 3 to 4 times a day & aply Melanocyl ointment & expose these spots to morning sunlight, you will notice considerable change.
Remember one thing all white spots are not vitiligo , some times due to fungal proliferation just below the skin can also cause such spots.
