My hair sucks, help?
Question:
Answers:
I have naturally curly hair, too and have tried Sebastians' Wet Gel right after I get out of the shower. It keeps the curls defined. Only problem is that the alcohol can be drying.
I did find this one product called Miss Jessie's Curly Pudding that I love, love, love. Smells good, too. Keeps the curls defined and soft. No more frizz. Check out the site, especially the before and after photos. Only catch, you have to order the product from them -- you just can't pick it up anywhere.
Good luck.

Your hair sucks what>>>>>>>> U OR YOUR OR YOUR'S HAHAHA AND ALSO U DIDN'T TOLD THT UR UPPER HAIR OR LOVER HAIR
you need to use some straightening serum on your damp (not wet) hair when blow drying (dry completely) and a little more on dry hair when flat ironing.
be methodical in ironing and clip out of the way the hair not being ironed. and go slow.
if you apply smoothing/straightening serum on one section at a time to dry hair to iron it should smoke a little. this is the serum being baked into your hair (to put it simply)
do not shampoo every day. only every other to every 3rd day.
never rub your hair together (like between your hands)
towel dry before conditioner
condition 3-5 minutes then rinse with cool (as cold as you
can stand) water.
this should help.

when i had long hair my brother got so tired of me complaining about my hair that he did it for me.
eat a healthy diet
vitamin e is good for the hair
it is moisturizing
and vitamin a
is good for the scalp
and healthy hair growth
protein makes ur hair grow faster than anything else because
hair is basically made of protein
so
eat eggs.. and dairy products
yogurt, milk, soymilk, and tofu are great examples
citrus fruits are also good for the hair.. and seaweed has a lot of vitamin a. vitamin a can be found in leafy veggies and carrots, especially. it is important to drink enough water to keep ur hair hydrated. 8-10 glasses is suggested for healthy hair growth. also, iron plays an important role in maintaining and growing healthy hair. iron brings oxygen to the hair, allowing it to breathe like us basically
(not the same way obviously)
and so if u dont take enough iron.. ur hair will be starved of oxygen and lose its shine, luster, etc.
b vitamins are also great for the hair. salmon, coldwater fish, and sardines are great fish that contain many of the vitamins hair needs.
i hope this information helped you!!
