You can also try a breakfast casserole which can be put together at night and then popped in the oven when you get up the next morning. You can find a recipe anywhere, but it's basically this: bread cubes (usually 12 pieces of bread), eggs, cheese, and then sausage or bacon or anything else you wanna put in there. Then pop it in the oven. Easy to prepare ahead of time, but still has protein that will keep you guys full long after breakfast.

Fruit salad can be made at night & kept in the refrigerator. That & toast is a great breakfast. If I were a better Mom that's what i'd do. Personally I let my kids eat the breakfast served at school. :)
