eye twitching (final part)?
Question:
Answers:
Eye twitching is a type of localized muscle spasm called a fasciculation. It can be a sign of mineral deficiency - especially magnesium, but also calcium and potassium. Low levels of vitamin B6 (which is necessary for magnesium function) and B1 (which is necessary for energy production) can also be involved. Even vitamin D deficiency might be a factor.
Try a quality vitamin/mineral supplement.
Best wishes and good luck!

I have eye twitching too..i read somewhere it's due to eye strain..i wear glasses so I'm thinking i may need to have my eyes checked to see if i need a stronger prescription.
I would suggest you go to your regular doctor first.
What makes you think your life is at risk though?
You can possible use Betametasona which is an esteroid, but you may want to tell your Doctor or Health Care Provider first. You'll need a prescription.
