Try seeing a doctor. What is there to lose? Plus, we can suggest remedies here, but if you're serious you'll want a doctor's professional advice. Good luck!

i recently went to a ENT and he told me that allergies can cause this to happen. i told the ENT that i am not suffering from any allergies and he told me that my sinus might be infected. the doctor gave my some antibiotics and in a few days my eye got better and better until no more twitching. i know it sounds crazy but he was right. in fact he told me that if the eye starts up again it is probably another sinus infection coming on. i hope this helps.
Consult a neurologist. It could be a facial tic.

If it's not with your eyes, then it's a neurologist or a general doctor. It could be allergies, it could be stress-related, or it could be neurological. If you're worried about it and can afford it, the neurologist is your best bet to rule anything major out.
have you done any drugs that some times causes wierd problems if you have then stop and see if it gets better if not then go to your doctor for help
