Hello. I would like you to disregard the following suggestions: Balmex, Blistex, Mentolatum, "those chapsticks at tha front of walmart", and the 18 dollar lip stuff.
These are all filled with petroleum, and will do as much harm as good, to your lips!
Here are some suggestions:
The most available lip balm that is worthy, is probably Burt's Bees. But the most highly suggested lip balm is Better Botanicals. They come in many flavors, such as Rose-Mint, and Ginger.
"Dr. Bronner's & Sundog's Magic" Lip Balm is good as well. Thier best flavor is peppermint.
If you are unable to find any of these, then here are my suggestions:
NO PETROLEUM! It stays on the top layer of your lips, suffocating them, and since it doesnt absorb, they do not get any bigger.
No Olive Oil! It is to oily and you smell like italian food
No un-natural flavors! Flavors like Crunch Bar and not doing you any good. You just end up licking it off, and that drys out your lips.

mentholatum it's in the chap stick isle, or there is one made by blistex that is a really good hydrating one, It is in a metallic pinkish purple tube, so that might not work but my husband and I both use the mentholatum ice, it's really great, it also comes in cherry. Carmex is another good one. If you want though, Mary Kay has a lip set that is really good. It's a two part treatment that exfoliates then conditions, I really love this and I use it twice a week. The conditioner is very light but sure works great, and I love the feel of my lips after I've done the process.
BLISTEX.it makes my lips softer
