Herpes and warts are two different viruses. They have nothing to do with each other & one does not cause the other.

You would get oral warts from coming in contact with someone who also had oral warts.

Genital warts can be transmitted to the mouth, but it's extremely rare.

It's normal for your circumvallate papillae to be noticeable. It's unlikely that genital warts would infect the tongue - and that far back.
