Avoid TV/computer screens, as light breaks down the chemical we need for sleep. Also, try and get more excercise and improve the diet. Not to be raunchy, but a healthy sex life also helps one sleep better.

Avoid anything with caffeine before bedtime. Try relaxing before sleeping, like reading a book. I have trouble sleeping too & usually I end up letting the t.v. watch me.
