I dont know, but in india my friend's wife have long hair . The hair are equal her height . And she is about 5 ft 3 inch.

There was a lady on a talk show years ago who had hair to her feet. She was White. I've seen Hawaiians with hair that long, and a Black guy with dred locks. I guess hair could go past your feet, but it would be extremely difficult to take care of.

Don't know about the women, but Hu Saelao a tribal medicine man has hair 16ft 11 inches. But that doesn't help yha. I even looked in my Guinness Book Of World Records (2002) for you. Sorry the info you wanted wasn't there. Try on line maybe or try your local library, maybe they have a newer copy of the Guinness Book!
