Have you spoke with a doctor? They can recommend a good nutrionist for you. If you can't handle three meals a day eat 5 smaller meals, this will keep your body in tune, don't eat alot of sugar, stay away from caffeine and drink water inbetween meals to help your body handle the food. Fruit once a day but it is full of acid and sugar so regulate it to when you need the energy. Also make sure you get a physical you could be anemic. If you take vitimins make sure they are not hard pills these won't digest, use liquid caps instead that can be absorbed in your system for the best results. Eat sensibly. Eat balanced meals with fruits and veggies in it and make sure you include meat and poultry. Avoid a lot of fatty and sugary foods.
