Walk or run outside several times a week, it's free. Try going up and down a few flights of steps each time too. Crunches or situps on the days you don't run--- it'll help flatten your tummy. Pushups to tone your arms. Or.. pop in a great CD or organize your favorite MP3s into a collection that has some peppy songs you can dance to and make up your own aerobics routing. All kinds of thins to do, the hardest part is getting motivated to do it!! Good luck!

Eat healthy.
stop eating. This is VERY inexpensive! then jog around the block about 10 times a day. You'll get hungry and tired, but you'll lose weight.
Weight is where your intake calories is greater than your expenditure. e.g. food>burn. Either exercise, reduce intake or both. Maintain a healthy balance, eat good foods. Nothing wrong with snacking, as long as the snacks are note chocolate or crisps (chips in USA). Put unhealthy money in a pot and you'll save money too.
Exercise at home. You can walk or run and then start your own workout routine. Start off with 2 reps of tens with everything. Just remember to start off with cardio and then weights.
eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day, 2 of the meals should b protein drinks, the other meals should consist of
protein: egg whites, chicken, tuna, fish, steak
complex carbs: brown rice, yams, whole wheat breads
veggies: asparagus, green beans, broccolie, other green veggies
