have you tried prescription sleeping aid drugs . it may really help out. the doctor will be able to tell you if you have a sleeping disorder or something

take a night quill.

Try breathing exercises and relaxation tapes.

drink a cup of warm milk before going to bed

A glass of warm milk. Avoid sugary snacks that can excite your system or heavy meals that can stress your body.

Coffee, colas, and even chocolate contain caffeine, the powerful stimulant that can keep you up, so try not to consume them past 4:00 p.m.

Avoid alcohol at dinner and throughout the rest of the evening.Alcohol does depress the central nervous system, but it also will disrupt your sleep. In a few hours, usually during the middle of the night, its effects will wear off, your body will slide into withdrawal, and you'll wake up.

Put a few drops of Pure Lavender Essential Oil on your pillow, on your nightie, or directly on your temples. Or, you can put the oil in a diffuser in your bedroom. The lavender slows the activity of the nervous system, promotes relaxation, improves sleep quality, and reduces anxiety. (If you use a candle diffuser, be sure someone else is around to blow out the candle because you will be fast asleep.)

If your case is so severe that the lavender essential oil is not enough, you can take Valerian Root in capsule form. Valerian Root will let your body and mind totally relax, without feeling stoned or drunk, and with no "drug hangover" the next morning.

try doing some hard labor during the day to wear yourself out.
