i have been having alot of reoccuring symptoms of something lately, i dont know what but im afraid to ask?

im not sick or anything, its all my mind, wenever im alone i get really paranoid and i feel like i am going crazy, i cant sleep, and i always want to cry. i dunno wat to do because i am afraid to tell anyone and i have noone to talk to about it.

It sounds to me like U may be suffering from depression, you may want to go to your doctor and get checked out.

you have a couple of options..you can continue feeling miserable and maybe it will go away..but it probably won't.and what you should probably do is go see a doctor..if you want to talk feel free to IM me..but I am really reccomending you go see and talk to a doctor.the best part about beating your head against a brick wall is the feeling after you stop doing it.don't know what else to tell you.I've been there before myself

It may be that you are having an anxiety problem.
Anxiety is rooted in depression as well so if you are
having feelings of depression it may go hand in hand.
This isn't the place to get your info on that, it's too
serious. I would seek out a mental health professional.
Sometimes people go to their own M.D., but a general doctor
may just throw pills your way without proper diagnosis.
A psychiatrist and therapist working together are your best bet. And remember, it's not embarrassing. Just go. :)

hi there, could be depression indeed. what are you eating? you may be able to cure yourself through food therapy. try and get rid of sugar and white flour, and look to whole grains and lots of fruits and veggies. tone down the meat and dairy too for awhile and see how you feel. do some exercise, even if its just walking, the goal is to break a sweat and that will release natural endorphyns that will make you happier. lastly, see a doctor you trust, or a psychologist. good luck to you.

Without more description of your symptoms, a diagnosis cannot be made. Depression and anxiety are some possibilities. Don't feel bad, it happens to a lot of us not to feel well mentally. Go talk to someone professional, like a school counsellor or a psychologist. You don't have to suffer like this. As long as you can muster up the courage to ask for help, there is hope. Good luck!
