If you have a nice car, you can remove the grill from it and make a mold, then downsize it to fit your mouth. Just kidding. As a dental professional I would not even try to make your own. You really need a good fit as not to harm underlying teeth. You can really mess up your dentition by forcing something on your teeth that does not fit. Not to mention food and debris can get caught under it, causing cavities and periodontal disease. See your dentist.
