how to make your own lipgloss?

Question:

Answers:
This is a recipe I found for making lipgloss! It works, & everything you need should be right at home! So it'll be cheap..

Get a lil pot, maybe use an old one from somewhere's else!

5 to 6 Tbsp. (75 to 90 ml) quality vegetable or other oil!

1 Tbsp. (15 ml) beeswax or vaseline

2 tsp. (10 ml) pure honey (optional)

10 drops essential oil of spearmint or peppermint for a sweet taste, or tea tree for treatment of cold sores and chapped, flaky lips (optional)

1/2 tube favorite colored moisturizing lipstick (optional)

Melt together the oil and beeswax, in a small saucepan over low heat, or in a double boiler just until wax is melted. Use the larger amount of oil if you want a thinner, glossier consistency. Remove from heat. Add honey and blend mixture thoroughly. If you would like to add color to your gloss, add the piece of lipstick now, while the mixture is still hot. It should have the consistency of petroleum jelly when ready. If you choose to add an essential oil to your lip treatment, add it after the gloss has almost cooled and stir thoroughly. This will take up more than one little pot, so get a couple! Now your ready to use your very own lip gloss!

This is what I do when when I run out of gloss.. I take vaslein on my plam which is washed clean Ofcourse and then take a very dark coloured lipstick, mix it up according to the colour intensity I want and then apply it with a lipbrush! It always works when Im in a hurry! Just make sure your lipstick or liquid lipcolour which your using is oil based. And remember to mix it very nicely. So there you are.. kissable lips in minutes! Works on my boyfriend everytime!

Use vaseline. Add lipstick if you want to have coloured lipgloss, and vanilla extract for a nice scent.

Sorry,I don't know:(

I saw this on TV once they used vaseline and kool-aid but I don't remember if it was the sweetened or the unsweetened kool-aid.
