There is a better one. For the sternal part do either flat or decline bench press with dumbbells or barbells. For the calvicular part do incline bench press with dumbbells or barbells.

don't come down to fast, ( slam your face in the ground ) be careful not to over do it so not to cause stress on the shoulder joints,,, try putting your hands together above your head and push off the ground like that,, awkward at first but once you get th hang of it,, it is a killer
