Freckles are something that you are born with. Sometimes you get them when you tan, or as you grow older. But there are no pills or creams or anything of that nature that you can do to make them appear. It is just something that happens.God made you the eay you are for a reason

Do something fun outdoors on a sunny day and watch those little freckles appear! Other than the sun - I'd suggest not wearing makeup. Makeup will only cover them up. but if you HAVE to wear makeup, a tinted moisturizer will not cover them.

Jokes aside, other than the sun, I really don't know what would cause more freckles fast. They do grow more numerous with old age, however.
