I see three probably possibilities. 1) You are not showing her enough attention, taking her out, etc. If she feels like you don't notice when she takes the time to get done up. why bother.
2) She could be depressed.
3) Wearing make up and cute clothes is just done to get a boyfriend. If everything is the same except the way she dresses, you've been had. On the up side it means she probably really cares about you and is comfortable with the relationship.
