There is no need to change your living habits, exercise habits, horse back riding or any other things you usually do, just ease up a little, do a softer exercise. Then when your cycle is over return to normal routine.

brisk walk will do you good.

It's totally okay to work out during your period. You might not feel up to it your first day.but it's perfectly healthy!
