Does anyone have any good cold/ flu home remedies?

USE HOT WATER AND VAPOUR RUB

boil coca-cola and drink with a slice of ginger. It helps. Really

Boil water on the stove to put some moisture into the air to help you breath better. Of course hot chicken soup.

chicken soup is actually proven to be very beneficial when you are fighting a cold/flu. water and gatorade along with the BRAT diet (bananas, apple sauce, rice and toast) helps with upset somaches. gold fish crackers seem to do the job also.

For throat aches gargle salt-water and use chloraseptic for quick relief. For the general sinus and head flu, chicken soup, lots of room temperature water. If you are vomiting get some 7-up, pour into a glass and let it sit until the bubbles stop rising, then drink, this will calm your stomach and get fluids in you. Good luck!

Get yourself Med-Lemon and drink it as hot as you can, get in bed AND STAY WARM. With the Med-Lemon you will sweat the Cold/Flu away. But please STAY WARM

have ginger soup and don't forget boil vinegar in your room.it can avoid infecting your families.

liberal fluid intake at least 10 glasses a day, take an over the counter decongestant 2-3x a day for 5 days. keep away from coughing / sneezing people.

get lots of rest, drink plenty of fluids, take some vitamine c.
