I have got rhinitis,how cure?
Question:
Answers:
You should go to a doctor to find the reason for your rhinitis. If you say it lasts for months, it might be due to allergy, in which case there are very effective medications that will clear the rhinitis away.
Even if not allergic, there might be a problem that deserves attention, since it's not very common for rhinitis to last for so long.
Other Answers:
Take a tablespoon of honey everyday. The honey has to be from your local area. Bee Pollen is good too.
rhinitis can have varied causes. your should investigate as to the causal factor of your rhinitis. whats effective for me in my practice is to give a decongestant 3x a day for 5 days and an antihistamine for at least 2 weeks. if there is persistence after the medications, i ask patient to get an x-ray of the paranasal sinuses. if there is indeed sinusitis, i put the patient on inhaled steroid and antihistamine indefinitely.
If you're talking about the common cold, you CANNOT cure it, all you can do is relieve the symptoms, because a cold is caused by a virus. Talk to your Dr.
It seems like you have nasal rhinitis. There are several medications that can dilate your nasal passage ways. For example the nasal sprays, Nasonex or Flonase. Please see your doctor and/or allergist to get examined and possibly a prescription.
