ok at skool ppl call me fat and sometimes i think it would be easier to be anorexic. how else do i lose weight

people called me fat when I was in school too and recently I seen one girl and she is on drugs and pregnant with her second baby, and one of the guys is addicted to drugs. eat less, exercise more.not rocket science

Try exercising and eating right.

Dont eat "junk food" period. Eat fruits veggies, good protein like fish red meat chicken. Drink enough water. And most importanly excersise, walk run, goto a gym. Being heathly and looking fit and being fir is a lifestyle and must be done all the time not just here and there.

Weight watchers, or just eat healthy and exercise.

How much do you weigh first and how old are you.. i am abit cautious in this advising without the above knowledge but here is some all time favorites that have worked for me
1) Eat less portions i mean, for every meal, try to leave three bites on the plate. you have just saved yourself 75 calories
2) Use a smaller plate to serve your food. that way you dont overpile.
3) Make sure half of your place is vegetables. quarter carbs and the other quarter is proteins.. this part is difficult but you can do it.. potatoes and bananas are carbs and beans are proteins..
4) Snack on fruits and nuts. leave out the chips and the bars and M and M. Although you need to avoid snacking thru the day.. you need to snack only twice.10am and 4pm
5) drink water before every meal. a must, makes you consume less food.
6) Eath 3 meals a day.. good breakfast, good lunch light dinner.. dont skip any meals it does not help.
7) eat at home
8) last but not least, exercise.this is not always the best part, i am not asking you to run a marathon but to just walk afew blocks everyday at a good pace.. not strall..walk fast. later you can try some jogging. Use it as your thinking time.

who cares what they think..if you become anorexic people will still laugh at you because you will look like a skeleton. eating food and throwing it back up is not cool, it causes your breath to stink, and the stomach acid, breaks down your teeth.

Anorexia really is not a lifestyle choice.

well, my mom reads magazines alot and she says that if you eat slower you'll lose weight, so far i've lost ten pounds!
and you may not even be overweight at all. You could just be medium, but kids are cruel and will make fun of you for something even if its not true

dont get upset, why not try cutting out sweets and crisps. and ask your mum to help. l.m sure she will. mybe you and her could do somthing togather. like take a walk or swimming.

Exercise and try weight lifting also. Forget what people at school say. If you believe in your heart that you are not fat then what they say won't matter.

i go to school and people compliment me cause i am health my secret is i am a vegetarian. its helpful. i am not a vegetarian cause i want to lose weight but i don't like the thought of killing animals.people can be really cruel sometimes.

First thing you need to learn is not to care what other people think of you. Then go to the doctor and ask him/her for a good plan that will work for you. Pity parties are great ways to gain weight.

The big mistake people make is focusing on their actual weight. It is body composition that you are after. Try exercising twice per day for 30 minutes (once before and once after school), getting your heart rate up gradually and then cooling down, under the advice of a physician. Even if it is just walking it will be good for you. Try to find a doctor guided eating plan (not a diet) that works for you. You should eat three balanced meals per day. Over time, your body will morph into something you will be more proud of and you will feel better. Anorexia is a terrible disease.

Walking! I walked 3 miles (12 Laps) per day on our school's track. I lost 19 lbs. in three months. I did not eat any junk food, snacks after 6:00 pm.

well are you happy with the way you look? if not you need to learn to be so. if you want to lose weight you can run, eat less(but not much)or jusy be happy with who you are. you should get the book "No Body is Perfect".

I agree with rosita. Exercise is the most important part! And please, don't fall into anorexia. One of my close friends fought with it, and it was totally terrible to watch. She ended up looking worst than most normal people.

Ok, most of the people who TRIED to answer your question, were just insulting. Anorexia is a disorder, which is mentally caused. You just do not wake up and decide to be anorexic. Now, ofcourse, there are many things you can do. First off,do more outdoor activites. No matter what they are, just go outside, and do some activity. Next, do you like to go to the mall? THEN GO! Even if you do not have any money, and least you are getting up and moving around. That is what your body likes! I hope this helped you in some way.

eat the right things, drink a lot water, exercise, try to stay away from foods that have high fructose corn syrup (although that is sometimes impossible to do as everything has that in it).

You don't want to be anorexic. Even when you are way below what the doctor's and your family tell you is healthy, you still feel gross.

At one point (or several) you have to manually decide to not kill yourself in a way that to you, makes you feel totally in control. Your brain is dying, your body is dissolving itself, leaching the calcium out of your teeth, breaking down heart muscle. Still there is one more girl that says "you look good, have you lost weight?' and you fall into the disease.

If indeed you are overweight… anorexia is NOT the answer.
Ask your mom to take you to the doctor, tell the doctor you want to go on a diet. He will check your weight and height to get your recommended weight. If you need to lose weight your doctor will order lab work to make sure you are healthy to start a diet and exercise regimen. Also, he might recommend a nutritionist.
Under no circumstances pay attention to people who call you names. I guarantee you they only call you names to feel better about themselves.

Are you really "fat"? Check your BMI and see for yourself instead of relying on other ppl's judgment. And if you are indeed overweight then just go on a HEALTHY diet. Like eating an apple or 2 for breakfast, then there's school lunch, then u come home and get yourself a healthy snack like say a sandwich [with wonder bread 'cause they have lots of fiber and fiber is good =) ] then u can eat a healthy dinner like say ummm.well u get the idea =D
