How do I get rid of the winter blues when I'm stuck inside with a sick baby?

Question:

Answers:
If there's someone who can stay with the baby sometimes for you, take a walk outdoors, even if it's cold. It will really help, I know from experience. When the baby is asleep, remember to take care of yourself first. Rather than trying to get caught up with all the laundry and housework, try to do something good for yourself - take a nap, have a hot shower or bath, read a good book, make yourself something good to eat. I know how hard all of this is, I have been stuck inside with a baby for days at a time in the winter too. But you have to look after yourself so that you have the physical, emotional and mental energy it takes to look after the baby. Take care of yourself and best wishes!
