Yes.
I am going to tell you about 'Shavasaan', which means "to lie down like dead". Don't get scared! It has nothing to do with dying.
Steps
1. Wear light clothes, not too tight. The clothes should make you comfortable and relaxed. Also make sure that there is some silence and solace there without any noise.
2. Place a carpet on ground.
3. Now, lie down on carpet.
4. Let every part of your body relax. Loosen your every thought, part of body.
5. Take a deep breath, and release it slowly.
6. When you are comfortable with this position, close your eyes, and slowly, try to free your mind from tension or whatever distractions.
7. Try to remember God and the Cosmic ambience.
8. If possible, recite an ancient Hindu chant of - "Om Namah Shivaya", which praises Lord Shiva.
However, pronounce Om in such a way that your spine and brain feel its vibrations.
9. Continure till your mind and body is fresh.
10. Even if you feel like sleeping, dont worry. Go to sleep, coz your body needs that kind of rest.
Advantages of Shavasan.
1. Rlaxes Mind and Body.
2. Drives away fear.
3. Increases the power to concentrate
4. Brings good changes to you.

well, try his urself; postion like push-up, only hold urslef up longer than 20 second. or lay on your back and rise your legs, hold them between 20 to 50 degree in air for 15 to 25 second. u'll feel sore, that what it like for yoga, only more formable shape. it beat weight-lifting.

I started doing yoga to help my sore back, and I love the following: stand with feet apart, and slowly raise the arms to horizontal. Gently bend sideways, letting the upper arm "drape" over your body. Slowly return upright, and continue by bending sideways the other way. Also: Lie face-down on the floor, hands to the sides of the face. Starting with only the head, curl the spine backwards, starting from the top, and continue by pushing up with the arms. Finish by rolling slowly back down.

the first step is always to begin with breathing exercizes
sit straight..anywhere..chair or bed or sofa or floor
then breathe in and breath out.. slowly
watch your self breathing
tell your mind not to disturb you because you are now taking 10 mins for yoga
breath in and out for 10 counts
then stretch your hands out in front of you ..and make a fist..then open them..do this for 10 counts
then rotate your wrists while hands are stretched
again for 10 counts each hand
the important thing to remember is always to do these warm ups and always to exercize the smaller group of muscles and joints likethe fingers and wrists thenthe neck and shoulders then the ankles and knees before moving on to the back and spine with push ups.this way you dont risk injuries, muscle spasms and cramps.

I'm don't exactly know any yoga exercices, but my mom and I are going to start doing yoga. We bought a book off of Amazon called "Um, Like.Om: A Girl Goddess's Guide to Yoga" and it's supposed to have exercices that help with different problems. There are many yoga books out there; I suggest you buy one or go on the internet to look for more.
