It means you are bleeding. Other than that all I can say is see your doctor. They normally have the best answers to medical questions and are the only ones that can treat serious medical issues. Bleeding from your anus, vagina or penis is definitely serious.

If it is happening after you do #2 it could be hemorrhoids. If it happens when you do #1 and you are not on your period it good be a kidney infection.
Depends on where the blood is coming from. If it is the rectum and it is bright red blood, it is most likely a hemorrhoid or small tear in the spincher muscle surrounding the rectum, this is especially true if it was a hard bowel movement. It's always best to check with a doctor but I've had this for years and years and go through it about every day. Use hemorrhoid wipes for the rectum and keep Prep-H in the fridge or suppositories in the fridge to help cool the area when applied. Good luck.

A lot of men bleed when defecating. It really has a lot to do with how much stress is in your life, how much water you drink, and what you eat & drink that may be causing your body to eliminate too much water (pee too much).
All of this adds up to a really dry, hard stool that is hard to get rid of when you are on the toilet, and when it does come out is actually damages your hemorrhoidal veins inside and around the anus.
So tend to your stress level, cut back on the cola and coffee that has caffeine, drink plenty of water.
You will see a big difference.
